GearUP Inverter (GHT, GHT Plus, GFT Models) Mode Description

1. AC Priority Mode (UPS Function)

When both AC input and battery power are available, the inverter prioritizes AC input. If AC fails, it automatically switches to battery power without interrupting the load—similar to a UPS.

2. Battery Priority Mode

Uses solar power first (if available). When solar is unavailable, it uses battery power.

• AC input is used only when the battery reaches low voltage.

• AC input does not charge the battery in this mode—helps reduce electricity costs.

• When solar restores battery voltage, the inverter switches back to solar/battery operation.

3. ECO Mode

The inverter checks the load every 5 seconds.

• If load < 10% of rated capacity, output turns off to save power.

• When load exceeds 10%, inverter resumes power output.

4. Generator Mode

Suitable for generators with unstable voltage.

• Accepts wide AC input range (165V–275V).

• Ensures stable 220V ±10% output.

5. Unattended Mode

Ideal for remote sites, telecom towers, or off-grid environments.

• AC output stops when battery reaches low voltage.

• When solar charges the battery the next day, the inverter restarts automatically.

• If AC input exists, AC is used first.
